How's this sound?

My birthday is this week, and I've told everyone to give me money to spend at SWF.com. I think I've done my homework this time. Time for you guys and gals to check it for me. I'm going to order a 15 watt AQUA UV(obviously I can't get that here, so I'm still pricing them). Next, a 2-3 inches of LS. I still can't find southtown here in Oregon, so I'm either gonna buy all Natures ocean(OUCH!$$$$), or get some sent here somehow, to mix 50/50 with the LS. I'm guessing 100 pounds total should be enough? Also getting a 25 pound box of LR to re-seed the 40 pounds of what is now baserock. Next, a cleanup crew of 20 scarlets, 20 bluelegs, and 20 turbo snails. That's my list, what do you all think? Remember this is not a reef tank, and I am planning on restocking the tank(very slowly)with fish after it stabilizes again. probably a flame angel, a majestic, lawnmower blenny, MAYBE a purple or yellow tang(current inhabitants are a false perc and a dottyback). So fire away, and tell me what ya think.
Thanks,
B

Hi Jimi. It's a 75 gal. ALL-GLASS with built in overflow. I just hope 100 pounds of sand is enough. I'm going to call ups to see how much shipping would be for you to send me a couple of bags of southtown, I'm assuming that they are 50 pound bags. Like I said, I will compensate you for time and trouble if you can do this for me. I'll let you know what they say later today.
Thanks,
B
