hurry help.

my snowflake eel has been acting strange the past week he was not coming out of his holes in the live rock andnow he has come out this morning. It looks like his bottom jaw is desintergrating. It has fleshy looking film on it. I feed him squid and "sometimes" brine shrimp for a snack. what is happening he is the thing in the tank besides my hermits. tank has been running since last august. please help

What does your water test? It could be a disease, dont know much about eels but everyone is gonna want to know how your water is.

i do not have a test kit but i take my water to the lfs and they check it for trites trate and all and it come back ok every time.

How long have you been doing saltwater tanks? Please go get a test kit, please.....please....., really please
