Hydroid Jelly's...any advice on extermination?

Each day I must clean my glass to remove hydroid jelly fish. Any ideas as to how to remove them?

Tank not very old is it?
They normally take care of themselves, give it a few weeks and you will never see them again. Normally.

i have them on my glass too. a lot......
my tank is two years old. and my fish never try to eat them!

And how can you get rid of the rock hydroids. I am so sick of all the colonies of these things.

Most of my hydriods disappear on their own. The last time I saw one was a last week when a single one popped up after over a month without any. He has since disappeared.

Rock or jellyfish hydroids?

Errr, I'm not sure. They are the ones in Thomas's pic, so I guess jellies.

The ones I am talking about are colonies that are like stubborn weeds over live rock.
