I have a 125 Gallon tank that i keep alot of small fish but my main fish are a pair of flasher wrasse, and an orange shoulder tang and yellow tang. I've noticed something that i haven't seen before, the yellow tang has started being surprisingly aggressive towards the other tang. Normally they just ignore each other don't give each other mind then started to notice that the yellow tang was flashing his fins more often and trying to stab the orange tang with his barbed tail. what really is bizarre is the orange shoulder tang is 7 inch's long, very large very health, and the yellow tang is not even 2 inch's long. the latest change i can think of in the tank was i added the orange shoulder tang, but that was in August, other wise theirs been no changes, no new fish no new frags, nothing.
interested to see what you guys think I'm not worried about the Orange shoulder tang getting seriously hurt just because hes so large so the little yellow guy shouldn't be able to cause to much hurt, but I'm worried if i put any more with in, i was thinking of adding another fish in to the tank in a few weeks so if you think he'll stay this aggressive i will have to work around it.
