Is it safe to run Maracyn plus while in hypo? I didn't see anything on the bottle to suggest otherwise.

Maracyn is fine to use during hypo. If the kind that you have is for saltwater then just use a little less than the directions say. What are you treating?

Treating a tank which has multiple fish with fin rot and fish flashing. I'm asking for a friend, he also has a tank with an angel in it which has white spots (blotches, not ich) all over and cloudy eyes. He's ran maracyn with no success. Would it be possible for him to run maracyn two immediately after running maracyn.

Fin rot is a secondary infection from ich. It will clear on it's own when the parasites are gone. All of the above, with the exception of ich, can be treated with excellent water parameters and a high quality diet dosed with vitamins. If he has to use a medication then Maracyn 2 will work for all of them.
