I have completed hypo w/no signs of ich anymore (thankfully). I'll take about 5-7 days to raise salinity back to my normal rate 1.022 or so.
Q-can I use the water in my tank (pull out 15gallons let it sit then add salt to tank water, put back into my tank)?
or
Q-just do regular water changes daily approx. 15-20gal per day and used AGED water?
I couldn't find this answer in any seaches.
Thanks for your help everyone!

When I pull the 10% (72gal tank, 10%=7 gallons or 2 containers i have at home) of my tank water, do I add a cup of salt to each container or spread the cup of salt a little into each container? then add back into my tank the following day?
You mentioned it should take 4 to 6 days to get the salinity back up, so I repeat the same pattern each day, removing 10% of my tank water, etc.. right?
Q=by adding all this salt won't this agitate my fishes skin/fins/outer body? If they begin to sratch will this be normal? Just wondering.
Thanks for your help.

Great-thank you for all your help. As you mentioned I guess I'll find out if this was successful if my fish remain ich free in the next 2 weeks. Thank you again!
