Can i do hyposalinity in my main tank if i have no live rock or inverts??? just fish.. only some are infected.. they all stilll eat very well. my hawaiian puffer, porcupine puffer and 2 yellow tangs are infected. my volitan lion is still very healthy, but looks like it may be getting signs of it. my 18 inch snowflake moray eel is always healthy and doesnt show any signs of being sick.. 2 blue damsels dont have it, and antennata lionfish has been sick since i got it... so my question again, is, can i do hypo salinity in the main tank??? please help??

Yes you can.
This is probably a safer option for you than to cram all your fish into a smaller tank. The bacteria that run the cycle will survive the changes in salinity. You have to assume that all of your fish are infected.
The problem is the amount of water changes required to get the salinity down and then back up again later. It's a LOT of water changes.

If you don't have LR, inverts, corals, and only fish, then YES! Hyposalinity is good to go in a FO Tank. What do you have to measure salinity?

What is that exactly. Many instruments test for specific gravity. Are you talking about a plastic swing arm hydrometer??

When my display had ich my volitans lion and zebra moray showed zero signs of disease while the puffer and tusk (RIP) looked like they had been salted. I have read that lions and morays are very resistant to diseases. For what it's worth anyway. Also, I can vouch for this site's refractometers. It saved most of my fish during hypo.
