hypo only way to Quarantine?

is there maybe an easier way to have a QT setup.. like just add
medication to a QT instead of the whole hyposalinity process??
hypo sounds kinda complicated with all the PH changes...

You can certainly have a QT without doing hypo. Just manage it as a regular tank and watch the fish for three weeks. If there are no signs of disease, add them to your display tank.
Hypo primarily helps ich. If your fish are healthy, they don't need any treatment. You just don't know that when you buy them.
Hypo isn't really that hard when you get down to it. Some people do it routinely for all their new fish.
