Hypo Treatment

Hi I noticed ich in my 90g and removed all fish to a quarantine and started using hypo on them. Now my question is how long do I have to leave them in there, the water is 1.010. Also the main tank has lobsters, crabs, hermits, anemone's, and shrimp and I've heard that ich cant affect them, is this true. My last question is how long to leave the main tank without the fish before all the ich parasites are gone..any feedback would be helpfull...the main reason I had to quaratine was a new fish was introduced and itched constantly, there wre no spots on fish but my angel and yellow tang followed. The only thing I noticed was small lumps on the tang occasionally which dissapeared once I had a cleaner wrasse but reappeared after his death along with the itching. No other fish showed any symtoms including 2 perc clowns, mandarin goby and blue damsel, is this even ich on my fish??

Could well be. Ich looks like salt sprinkled on the fish. Your best bet is to QT all fish before they go in to the display tank---thus avoiding this upset for you and your fish.
The target for hyposalinity is 1.009 specific gravity. You need to use a reliable measuring tool to achieve this, either a refractometer or a salinity monitor. If you don't have either of these, then use a quality glass hydrometer, not a swing arm type.
Maintain the fish in hypo for at least 3 wks after all signs of ich disappear from fish. Then, gradually, over 4-5 days, raise the SG to normal. The fish can be returned to the main tank 4-6 wks. In the absense of fish, any parasities in the main tank will die off.
