I am soooo mad! help please!

My cbs is at it again.

i just looked into my tank and my cbs was chasing my green serpent starfish around the tank, and had ate its head off. only legs are left. I cannot understand how it is still moving and living. It has also been taking pieces of my other starfish. It also ate my pencil urchin. it is about 3 inches long now, and has been in there about 2 mos. I think the thing is cool to look at, but is a bit destructive. Does anyone have any idea what i can feed it or do to get it stop attacking the other tankmates?

I guess it's just doing it's thing. Don't know what to tell you. I feel your pain. Last week, I had a .99 cent hermit crab eat a $50.00 clam.

Unfortunately you have a very agressive one and it needs to come out!

CBS are preditory carnivors....thats what they do, as they get older, they get bolder....

I have been lucky with my CBS..I have had him over 2 years..he is pretty big! he bothers NOTHING...YET!(((crossing my fingers, knocking on wood

....I would say you'll probably have to take him out...do you have a sump????put him in there...

no, no sump, good idea though. only have a fish aquarium. will probably have to take it out. it sucks. when i feed it comes right to the front with the other fish, it should be easy to catch.
