I am thinking about getting a Copperband Butterfly

Do you all think I should get one, I have a tube anemone and I heard that they will eat them let me know if I should try it. I want to put him in my 125g Mixed reef tank.

First of all, butterfly fish are not reef safe. They will eat your corals. The copperbanded butterfly doesn't adapt to captivity very well and they are picky eaters. I personaly wouldn't try it.

i had a copperabanded butterfly for a while and it will definitely pick at it. if your ok with that then i'd say get it

I personally would not try it. Because I had one that would eat anything, then stopped eating after a while and starved to death.

Thanks for the replies, I will not be getting the copperband butterfly. I don't want it to eat my tube anemone and they don't live long thanks again. I am glad I came here before I brought one.
