I believe my 3 stripe damsel is carrying eggs or has a stomache disease!!!!!

Hello I have a 55gal main tank with 30gal sump. I have many of corals and fish i have 3 3stripe damsels and I have recently noticed her stomache bulging she is acting different also i have no clue what to do????

Yes i will post a pic and its been like that for awhile now its been swimming around alot more
