Nice score Dude! I am looking into a controller myself but not sure which way to go. Keep us posted on how you like it and let us know if there are any things you wished it had.

well i found a Ph probe from a club member but he wants $50!!!! Is that fair?
Stupid thing dosent keep my temp perfect either....i have to keep going and setting it! It drifts like a degree over the day....like i always set it to 78.5 and in the mornings its usually a lil off....and when i get home from work!!!!
Idk if i need a new probe or a new heater lol!

If you are just needing the probe, look to your PM...

Is the probe for $50 new or used??? If used I'd buy brand new. Try contacting Digital there might be a calibration deal with the temp probe??? How close are your temp and PH probes to each other? I know on my old AquaController there were issues if they were placed close together.

Do you have any calibration fluid(s)? Most pH units/testers require an intial and maybe an annual calibration check/adjustment. Check with your mfg, and see - then get some. It comes in bottles and single use packets and always have some on hand.
edit: I calibrated my unit using a High solution (pH 10.0) and a low solution (pH 4.0) - but se if yours requires some sort of cal, and suggests any specific solutions.
