The anenomie was hiding in a hole but came out after it was in the tank. I have tried to feed it dead shrimp that were frozen but it looks like he spit them out kind of like a hairball all stuck together by some sticky looking stuff. What should my water levels be? Lights? He/She doesn't look so good. I know I don't have enough light. I am going to buy another bulb tmw morning... It is a hatian pink tip from what i can see with a pink bottom. My tank is 45gal tall, only 1 40 watt full spectrum light....

Forget another bulb, if you want to keep an anemone you probably need at least 4 watts per gallon or, in your case, 180 watts of light. You either need to accept the anenome as a loss or upgrade your lighting. The anenome probably won't make it even if you get the proper amount of light on the tank, but if you ever plan on keeping anything like that in the future you'll be prepared. BTW, check your nitrates and make sure they are below 10 mg/L
