I bought two rock anemones

But they had a hitchhiker in it but i think its a mantis shrimps ive read that there not that invertabrate safe, should i take him out.

I would if you have any invertabrates that you'd want to keep. They can be very aggressive and you might find them missing rather quickly if you don't take him out but if he's the only guy in there then I'd let him be.
