I.D. both of these?

Can anyone identify these two? The one on the left is definitely filter feeding - as the arms curl into the central mouth. Both of them are hitchhikers - are they beneficial?

the one on the right looks exactly like what I have.

That's a rock dwelling sea cuke to the left. Probably a cup coral to the right.... I think I see a skeleton.
