Well went back to the beach and went snorkeling again, was really fun..swam with some sea turtles and all. Anyways I collected a few specimens for my tank and here are some pics...
the first pic Im not sure what it is, maybe sponges? Any help with this ID would be much appreciated.
2nd pic are these little tiny silver fish I caught they are the coolest little guys, they scour the tank for algae, if you notice on the pic where the blenny is sitting...the little silver fish scrubbed and ate every bit of algae off that powerhead lol...they just move around the tank scrubbing away...I even had a little patch of cyano algae on the powerhead and they ate that also....so if anyone knows what these little guys are called I would love to know, so I could read up on them.
3rd is a shrimp I caught, not sure what kind of shrimp, but I think its a grass shrimp or sand shrimp, someone correct me if Im wrong so I can read up on these guys also...great little sand sifters as they like to bury themselves with just the eyes sticking out.
4th pic I believe to be a Molly Miller Blenny, great little algae eater...caught 3 of them while I was diving.
5th pic I just posted cause I thought it looked nice lol....
well any help with these IDs would be great!!

here's a couple more...caught 2 of these damsels also, but not sure what kind they are, hard to tell in these pics but they are very yellow with a blueish hue to them and blue stripes across the face, any help with this one would be nice also.

If you mean the small yellowish fish - I don't think that is a damsel, I think that is a juvenile schoolmaster snapper, Lutjanus apodus. Not a small fish at all (gets to be 2 feet long).
Please do not release it when it gets too large however. There is a risk of introducing foreign pathogens if you also keep indo pacific fish or corals.
In time it will eat your shrimp, small fish, etc. :( I think they are pretty fish, but too much for most tanks, and won't play well with smaller fish over time.

Youre right about the schoolmaster and I think the blenny too. I have one of your silvery fish that I also collected. Ive decided that they are some kind of mullet. They eat alage and detritus. Your shrimp maybe some species of Penaeid shrimp.
