i dont know how to resize pics!!

i've posted a question on here about this before and people told me to just go to the paint shop thing and i can resize it. i cant find my paint shop, i dont think i have one. does anybody know how to resize pics without going to paint shop?????

first step.. go to www.photobucket.com and make an account then update ur photos to there and its really easy to resize

uh oh. its telling me that my pic is too big. it says they're supposed to be 100x100 but its 75x75. what did i do wrong?

ooo its probalby saying the file size is too big... not sure how to fix that.... ur trying to do ur avatar rigfht?

For avatars the file size also can not be larger than 9.8 KB. Check properties of the pic and check the # of bytes.

i figured out how to check the properties but how do you change them?

Have to do it when you take the pic like you camera may have high, med, low setting or if your photo program can do the high to low thing when you save it. You can post the pic in the thread and maybe I or someone can do it for you.

ok thanks but its just an pic of a fish i got off of this site. i was gonna use it as my avatar. thanks for all of your help though.
