I don't know what is going on...False Lemon dead too

I don't know what is going on!!!!

Now my false lemonpeel is dead. I've had them for 3 weeks. AS posted just a few minutes ago the flame died after acting like something had freaked him out. The heraldi on the other hand, didn't act any differently at all.
HELP!!!!!!!!
So far the clowns are fine, the mandarin is fine, the six line is fine, and the cleaner shrimp is fine.

i have had something around that also in my 30 gallon except it's killed all of the fish in my tank all of tyhe parameters are fine ph and what not except it's taken just about everything except my crabs and sea urchins
