I got an idea for a great sticky for this section.....

I been lightly surfing Youtube for video's, and am surprised to find a lot of "How to" and other types of lessons that give visual and audio presentations to the saltwater world. I think it would be really cool if the mods made a sticky and began building on it by adding links and brief descriptions of various Youtube video's that are helpful for the world of saltwater.
Hear is a pretty nice presentation on how overflow systems work. It was really well put together and totally cleared up all my questions of how/why. Its just an example but I think its a great idea.

I don't know how well this thread will work because a lot of helpful youtube videos aren't done by hobbyists. It's mostly stores and big time companies that do video's like that. Could be considered against the rules of the board.
