To be honest, I'm not sure what kind of rock it is. I just happened to pick it out at the store. There are several different types in my tank, but I think the one you are referring to is some emeral green rock I chose that has, on its surface, many small bulbous protrusions.
Sorry I can't be more specific.

for the red emerald question "is that really a red emerald" he may be or he could be a porcelain they are red. But I also think they have some white in there.

I had a "red" emerald crab...haven't seen him in a while. He ate bubble algea and plants.

It is definately not a porcelain crab, as it does not share any of the characteristics of one.
I'm 99% sure that it is an emerald crab. Every single detail about it looks identicle to the old one that I had.
I'll post some more pictures this weekend.
