I GOT MY LIGHTS, I GOT MY LIGHTS, I GOT MY LIGHTS!!! (kessil led review)

I know alot of ppl out there already have led, but for those who dont, heres my experience so far ive found kessil to be a very good brand for both price and appearance.
So I upgraded my lighting FROM:
1x 175w mh 15000k
1x 54w t5 daylight
1x 54w t5 actanic
TO:
2x 150w kessil led 15000k "ocean blue"
1x 54w t5 daylight
I loovveeee my new lights! But they do have their pros and cons (as everything in life does)

Ill post some tomorrow when they come back on. Even the hubby LOVES the tank now. He even suggested we go buy a new coral today just so he could see what it looks like in the tank :rotfl: we picked a green finger leather its so exciting to be able to share my hobby with him. He still hates my chille tho cause it doesnt look any prettier since its in a cave but hey u cant have it all lol, thats my personal fav thing in the tank so it doesnt bother me

Open the cave so light and water can pass thru...Then you can see it.
Congratulations on the lights...LOL..I will wait a bit of time to pass to see if you still like them. New stuff is easy, I liked my MHs at first too.

chille and coral beauty ^^^^^ (before i added the new lights, i just like this pic, btw, will that rubberband hurt it or will it be okay until it attatches itself to the rock? it has a little piece of rock attatched to it and it naturally kinked over like that, so i just put the rubber band where it naturally bent, its not pinching it very hard. its been there for about 4 days and still seems doing well)

brand new elegance coral ^^^^ (this is taken at the store. its still acclimating atm. tentacles are long, and it doesnt look swollen... seems really healthy)

I never really liked my mh... Especially the ugly home made box we did for it, that thing was god aweful haha, so this is definately a step up all my corals are happy and the color is pretty, thats all I could ever ask for... But youre right, we shall see

I hope so...LOL...I shall live through you for a bit. If it all works out I might take the plunge when my T5s wear out.
