I got worms

I've had my tank for a few months, and everything is fine. Today I noticed two little worm-like creatures about 3/4 inch long. They swim by flopping around real fast. They are white, and super thin. ARE THESE THINGS BAD? (are they flat worms? or tube worms?)

Quite possibly baby bristle worms, if so then theres nothing to worry about, they are a benificial part of a cleanup crew. Many other worms might apear from your live rock. Speghetti worms, peanut worms, fan worms...the list goes on. None listed are any problem.
