I got Worms

I noticed these little redish pink worms crawling in my live rock. Is this ok. They look like tiny centapeds. What are they?

They're bristleworms ... good addition to the clean up crew.

They're bristleworms thay are good. but don't touch one with your bare hand you wont like it.

Wow thanks guys! I'll be careful. Next question, How did they get there? I never saw them before. Must have hitched in from the live rock and breeded? I guess I just answerd my question. LOL
