I have dinoflagelates, how do I get rid of it????????

Hey guys and gals
I have dinos all over my rock in my nano tank. What is the best way to battle this nusiance bacteria?
I need some good advice!

Water changes, check your phosphates..if you get a readng that is low to 0 it's a false reading because its feeding off of it. Also you have to be vary careful to not overfeed, and make sure you have a good water current and no dead areas. Remove as much by hand as you can. Little tanks are tough, there is no wiggle room for error...
I have a big tank and the above are the reasons and things to do for my size tank...
