he was very small when i got him, about 6 months ago. he has 'shed' three or more times. he is VERY active.

I had one of those I bought for my father-inlaw tank, but his was brown. It lived in his tank for 6 months then it started to attack his fish, would climb up on rocks and jump off at the fish. Needless to say he gave it back to me, I put it a 10gal all alone lived for about a year or so.
