its an all day thing for me. my computer comes on when I get up. and goes off when I go to bed. almost everytime I walk by the computer I check another thread. sometimes several.
its a way to help me learn more. everytime some one asks a question I dont already know the answer to I find out the answer. research etcetera. even if I dont post on their thread.
want to know whats funny. I moderate on another forum too (fortunatly its a forum that requires very little moderation as it has extremely loose rules, because its privatly sponsored, not bussiness sponsored). so my time is actually split. PLUS I have about 50pets...... and a job. and a house to maintain. and other hobbies. I guess it pays to be hyperkinetic (cant sit still for more than 30 seconds without doing something) as long as I'm doing something I'm good. I cant sit still without occupying my mind even then I'm always tapping my foot or drumming my fingers.

You are the man! I wish I had that much energy.

you say that. but I dont have so much energy as I do the inability to sit peacefully. I can't go to the symphony (which I love but I drive the people next to me nuts), I cant go to movies without being that annoying guy that wont sit still. I cant sit still even when I'm exhausted. I have to be asleep or doing something. try having down time with a girlfriend to relax and being unable to relax. its actually quite maddening sometimes.
and the worst part, if I wake up at 4am on my day off. I can't go back to sleep. even if I could sleep in, if I wanted to. I'll just lay there toss and turn untill my girlfriend kicks me out of bed (now that she's used to me that takes about 20 minutes).
