I would guess they are not. Sundial snails are the only ones you need to worry about as far as I know. There are some good pics here https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/325889/zoanthid-preditors-pics-and-suggested-removal-tips-and-techniques and on zoaID. Most likely the snails in your tank have multiplied. It is not uncommon for astrea snails to multiply if you have any large ones probably what has happened. But check out the zoanthid sundial snail pics and see if there is a resemblance. Might be time to get a hold of a cheap microscope or closeup magnifying lens and pull one out to have a look.

if they stay in one place then i would say spirorbid worms, if they move like a snail then some of your snails probably had a night of hot snail s-e-x as mike said.
i cant get that good a look from your picture, but imo they look like spirorbid worms, they're a common hitchhiker and when conditions are right they bloom. soon enough they will run out of food supply and start to die off. they're very common in newer tanks but will thin as the tank comes into equilibrium. my new tank is full of them right now. once coraline starts to grow on them and use their shells for calcium they will mostly fade away.
