I Just Ordered a new 125g Reef Ready Tank

I am so excited I just had to tell someone. I got it from Great Lakes Aquarium in Michigan. I am having it custom made because I need the overflow that is in the center moved over just a couple of inches. The overflow is rated for 1000 GPH. That should be fine right? I could have upgraded to 1800 GPH but the owner said that it was not needed for anything under 200g. I added black silicone for just a few bucks more as well. I could have done a Starphire glass front but for $170.00 more I decided not to. Plus the manufacturer said that the glass on the 125g is 3/8" and you really don't need to go starphire unless it is 1/2" thick.
All in all I am very happy with GLA, they had many opportunties to upsell things that I prob don't need and he was honest and said that I don't need them. It was a nice feeling not to have someone just try to get more $$ out of me.

Thanks guys. I will be sure to put up pics when I get it. Should be two or three weeks to make it. Then I just need to get it home and in the basement. That should give me plenty of time to finish up on my stand, and make a sump.

Got the tank on Sunday and filled it up to do a tap water test. Here are a few pics.

Front and back of the new tank. And a FTS of the 29g. I still have a ways to go on getting it even close to ready to cycle but I love the fact that it is in my house.
