I keep re stocking but they keep dying!

my nassarious snails dont live very long. maybe a month if im lucky. any one got suggestions?

What else do you have in your tank? They might be falling prey to blue leg hermits. Starvation might also be a reason.

i only have turbo's,astrea's,small fighting conches and that is it invert wise.

It sounds like starvation. Does your sandbed have any dietrus or is it clean. If its clean, then you may not need to replace them.

I was just going to post this myself. I can't keep snails to save my life!! I keep buying them to cut down on my hair algea, but the algea always outlasts them!!
My sand is clean, but shouldn't they eat some of the stuff on my rocks? I do have some blue leg hermits...I didn't know that they were enemies!

u can feed them shrimp pieces if they are straving,

My snails do a good job on the sand bed, but they also go nuts whenever I feed the tank. Rise out the sand like zombies or something and go on the prowl... Maybe you could feed them more, although that will entail other problems if they don't eat it all.
