yeah, id add another one just like it on the other end of the tank. That would be pretty sweet.
is this a reef tank to be or a FOWLR tank?

yeah, was just thinking if it was fish only you might n ot need so much flow as long as you weren't getting buildup on the surface, but for corals alot of them feed by means of water flowing past them bringing food in it. If the flow is too low you will be very limited in which corals you will be able to keep.

Jstdv8,Once I get more live rock in the tank ,going to start loading up with corals, and I will add at least one more 2400 powerhead and maybe a two smaller ones for bottom flow. The fish will be the last thing I put in the tank. Not really sure what route I`m going to go with fish.Got any suggestions?

There are so many things you can do. It's pretty much entirely up to you as to what you want to put in there. Remember no tangs that have the same body shape go together, damsels are mean, Wrasses jump, mandarins need pods to eat, and don't overstock your tank.
Make your rocks so they have little caves and hiding places and plenty of swim through areas for fish when they are stressed. Don't buy cheap non-name brand stuff, that stuff usually fails and failures in this hobby get very costly very quick.
And take lots of pictures :)

you don't have to, but they likley get aggresive to newcomming fish, that's usually the case.
Mean little suckers

Yeah I was at my LFS (local fish store) and saw a black damsel had a tomato clown pinned to the top corner of the tank just with his stare. That clown was probably stressed out enough to die ($60 fish since he was about 4"). If you see much aggression after the first couple days, you'll likely lose an expensive fish.
Damsels are usually suggested by fish stores as a "starter" fish since they are hardy, but what are you supposed to do with em if they won't let you get any other fish? flush em? seems an irresponsible suggestion to me.

I hate to flush them but that might be their future if my LFS won`t trade them out. They are kind of fun to watch since thats all I have in my 180.I`m doing this build with my S.S. check and its getting mighty hard waiting till the next third Wednesday of the month, but if I don`t my wife will put me in with the eight Damsils,I don`t want them little suckers picking on me.

If you've got someone with a good sized lionfish you could just bring him into the system for a few days to "clean house"
