I might get a tank... what type of fish do you think I should get?

Need more info. What size tank are you looking at getting? Will it be a FO tank or will you want to add corals in the future?

I am assuming that you are going to start with FOWLR.
Tank:
55 gal/75 gal is a good start IMO.
If you wanna keep tangs, then at least a 90 IMO.
Fish:
Starts with some clownfish, some gobies etc, add an dwarf angel very last after the tank has been established for about half a yr or so.
Do not go too small like I did and now I am regretting about it. I should have gone for the 45 at least. But now I can't.

Get as big of a tank as you can afford and the floor will support.
