I need a rough idea of #'s of aragonite

I am about to go make my purchase of aragonite. To avoid buying too little or too much, approximately how many pounds will layer a 55 gallon tank about 2-3 inches. If someone thinks I need more, please indicate the recommended depth. It should probably be mentioned that aragonite will be the only bedding material used, ie no other bed material used.

Roughly two 40 pound bags should be plenty. 80 pounds gave me 1 1/2 to 2 inches in my 90.

I just put 40# in my 75. Gave me between 1 1/2 inches of coverage
