I need filter advice!

I am starting my first saltwater tank 55g fowlr. What would be the best filter to use in conjunction with a protien skimmer? Please help!

you will get many different answers to this question. The big question is how much $ do you have to spend on a filter? You can use a simple $40 filter or you can spend $300 on live rock.
there are many ways to filter a tank.

for my system I have a protien skimmer, a fuge with chaeto and a DSB, and IDK how many pounds of LR but alot of it.

I really like Eheim canister filters as an overall good way to go.
