Does your camera or whatever you took the viseo with hook up to the computer? You should be able to just upload it into a windows video file (Do you run windows?)....That's how mine works.

Here's the deal. My laptop is missing software from when it crashed last year. I never had to use the web cam until now. I can play videos and record them, but I can't edit. I need software to be able to compress it, since the files are too big for me to upload to the site I need to upload them to. The window file just plays the file, but does edit it.

I understand...I can't edit mine either. Sorry I can't offer any real help then. I thought I could walk you thru the windows photo gizmo to upload a video.

Yeah last time I uploaded a video to youtube I saw an option to use "Youtube video editor"
