I NEED HELP MY BUTTERFLY FISH IS SICK

IM NEW IN THIS HOBBY I HAVE A 30 GALLON TANK..I HAVE 8 FISHES WHICH INCLUDE A BUTTERFLY FISH HE WAS OK...UNTIL YESTERDAY...HE LOOKS DOWN HES COLORS ARE VERY DARK....AND ALSO MY ROYAL GRAMMA HAS SOME WHITE SPOTS BUT IS NOT LIKE ICK...SINCE I LIVED IN PUERTO RICO MY HOUSE GETS VERY HOT...COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM THAT THE WATER IS GETTING TOO HOT..I DONT HAVE A CHILLER SO WHAT CAN I DO...

hi its me yessie had to use another name couldnt log in......ok i have a 30 gallon tank....its been set up for almost 4 months now i have 8 fishes in it...aqueen, damisel,bluedevil,rock beauty, butterfly fish thats the one is sick,,royal gramma.a tang and a little marron clown.i also have 5 feather duster and 5 anemones..since i have so many fishes i change 2 GALLONS of water twice a week...salinaty is .20 i cant get it up....i have 2 power heads 2 cascade filters..uv light...and a protein skimmer...my house is very hot...so the water gets pretty hot two...the butterfly fish is depress his black dot has a white spot now and he and the damisell are losing their fins...thats about it my problem...any advice??????i dont want my fishes to die......
