i need help with pics

Do you have any photo editing software? I never use paint, but some people use that. Make sure it's a jpeg because they are usually smaller than most. What do you have to work with? Also, go to google, and type in "jpeg wizard".....I think the address is the same as the name, but I'm not sure. It's a free online picture file size reducer.
