I need some info please

I have a 55 gal. Fish tank and I have two fish a star fish and some crabs. But then I have these little shrimp looking things, and some catapeller red things that stay under my rocks and come up to eat the fishes food. Can n e one tell me what they are and if they are harmful. Thanks

The little shrimp things are probably Amphipods.
The little catapiller things are probably Bristle Woms.
They are both good guys to have.

Are amphipods the same as mysis shrimp. If not how can you tell the difference.

Mysis just look like tiny gray shrimp.
Here is a pic of an amphipod

Either would be fine. Fish and corals will eat either.
