I ripped my toadstool! help!!!!!!

I was moving around rock in my tank and I ripped my toadstool right of the rock. He was attached to the side of it. what can I do, the toadstool is just hanging over now, is there anything I can do? will it be ok?

It will reattach if its still stuck to the rock, just prop it up with something. If it completely off, put it in a little hole or crevice and it will reattach.

you won't believe this, the poylps are all ready out again, it look 100% better.
