I sold two fish today

I sold two false percs and a goby. I placed hidden cameras inside their mouths in case anything untoward happened to them and lo and behold, I see "fish sticks" entering them. I'm am highly disturbed by this, what would you all recommend I do? How would I go about contacting the relevent authorities?
