I think.....Help ID

I think these are bristle worms but im not sure they are about an inch long and orange and black....should I leave these little guys in or try to take them out and will they survive my cycle it just started.

I'm not sure if they will survive they cycle or not but you don't need to take them out. They rarely cause problems, are usually a beneficial part of the clean up crew.

Those things are so hardy, they'll survive through a cycle with no problem. Some may die, but some will survive and reproduce. :happyfish
