I Think I spiked??

JUst checked my water levels.
Amonia was at 1 now at .25
Nitrite 0
Nitrates between 10 and 20
ph good
Does this mean i am towards the end of the cycle?? Is it time for a water change ? or wait??
Im so excited!!

Sounds like you are getting there. Don't do a water change... Be patient and let the ammonia get to 0.
