I think my clownfish has ich.(pic inside)

I've only had freshwater ich and all i had to do was buy a heater, do water changes and use quick cure. Can anyone help me get rid of saltwater ich. I dont have a heater for the tank and i dont have a qt tank. Please help. The clownfish is the only fish i have in the tank. Everything else are inverts.

I did not have it on my clown but one of my other fish. looks like ick to me.
I just raised my temp up slowly over several days to 83-84 until it went away on its own and then back down again and everybody seem to handle the higher temps just find. Cleaner shirmp help too in some cases.

Also kinda noticed how clean your seal is in the corner how long has the tank been set up and when did you get your clown. what are your Water test results?
