i think my tang is dying :(

My tang is just laying on his side still breathing, he has some white spots on him, but not "on him" its more the pigment of his skin, and his eyes are very cloudy. Also are skunk clown is almost protecting him keeps swimming right above him frantically. I have a vid but can't seem to figure or how to post it :$ I'm new to this site, please help?

Welcome to the site...sorry about the circumstances that brought you here.

We need the results of your water tests... We need the numbers, it won't do any good to tell us all is perfect. Also use lab type (drops) not stick tests.

What size tank (and list all equipment)?
How long has the tank been set up?
What fish are in the tank?
How much rock?
