Looks like incompetence or corruption. In either case there's some splainin to do and this will upend 0bama's plan to try to turn the Republican opposition to his jobs plan into a campaign issue.
If I ran the Republican party I would tell them all to say "Until we know what went on with Solyndra I won't vote to allow this administration to spend one red cent on anything we haven't previously approved" Not only is it the right thing to do, it's good politics.

His honeymoon isn't just over with the media. He lost the election of a congressman in Queens, NY. I guess it isn't just us conservative ideologues who've caught on. I think this next election is going to be a referendum on the sweeping leftist social tidal wave that has taken place as much as Obama himself. I hazard to guess that many Americans are very uncomfortable with the moral direction of the country as much as the economic.

Last night 0bama, Reid and Pelosi got a wake up call and I don't think any of the three of them have sense enough to answer the phone. There are already 3 Dem Senators who are opposing his tax hikes and I can see 3 or 4 more coming. That my leftist friends is bipartisan OPPOSITION to your dear leader's job plan.....

If the allegations they let the cartels have rpg's, grenades and high explosives is true, yeah that has the potential to take several people down. But just like the Clinton admin, I think underlings will take the fall for The Messiah.

Now Yahoo news is reporting there are emails where one (of the few) honest admin people was saying to put the brakes on the loan, but Obama said "get it done". This was their first week in the White House and the CEO was a MAJOR contributor to Obama's campaign. Looks like this might have legs. Obama will claim ignorance, but the trail, so far, leads right to The Messiah's door. I also bet that F&F and Gun Walker ends up in his lap, even though he and Holder are desperately claiming they knew nothing. What I think is great is that 15 Democratics(all pro 2nd Amendment) have signed a letter with Republicans demanding Holder quit impeding the investigation. Looks like Lord Obummer has some splanin to do.

It is not Just Fast and Furious that is going to bring him Down do not forget Solyndra also the Bush Administration REFUSED to loan them any cash based on their Books. Yet 4 weeks later Just after the Obama boys took over they Rammed this thru why turns out the CEO of Solyndra was a Bundler for the Democratic Party it turns out. Over 500 MILLION of taxpayer money is GONE we are the Last to get repaid. At most we might recover they think 150 Million total. How nice huh.

Best case scenario both cases show 0bama doesn't know what is going on in his own administration. He should have known what was up with the Solyndra. Fast and Furious is more on Holder but goes to the general "Not ready for Prime Time" aura that surrounds this whole regime.

Come the 2012 Election Obama can NOT hide from his RECORD ANYMORE. The GOP will hammer him on what he did for 4 years and say are we as a nation Better off after 4 years with him leading or where we better off after George bush left office. People are going to go We where better off with the GOP in power real fast except for the Die hard Democrats the IDIOTS in Chicago that would not know how to vote Republican since you swear there is no GOP up there. Kinda hard to vote GOP when your dead and someone else is doing the voting for you. Sorry my Dead SIL has never missed an election it turns out.

Just a final thought before the thread goes away; people on the left have said people on the conservative side are "extremist". It has been said here more times than I can count. However, in the most Democrat-leaning district in the country-Queens, NY-the exit polls had 3 major issues and none of them was Obama caving in to Republicans. 1) NY homosexual marriage-80% Orthodox Jews said that was a major issue and a shocking 50% of Reform Jews listed that as a major reason to vote for the Republican. 2) 70% of the voters who voted Republican said that Obama was hostile to unsupportive of Israel. 3) 60% said the Democrats had spent too much money and caused the debt to grow. When I think how I (and the very few others brave enough to dissent) was eviscerated for being a "Christian extremist" and hater, I now feel vindicated. There is no personal attack in what I said and no hateful language or name calling. So the question is can there be an honest discussion?

I have a friend who ran for governor of Montana a couple times, was a constitutional law professor at the university and had a radio show for a while. He was constantly attacked as a "far right christian extremist". Anyone who had ever talked to the man more than 5 minutes knew he was an observant Jew. He always got a kick out of that.
