The Octopus should be in a tank by itself....I'm surprised you have any fish alive if you have all those together in the same tank.

Its a small one and I feed it crabs and he only attacks the fish if they start the fight

A humu will absolutely start a fight sooner or later. They have a reputation of being peaceful until one morning when they wake up and kill everything in the tank.
