If by SFE you mean Snowflake Eel, everything will be eaten eventually. They will eat anything that fits in their mouth.

This is not accurate. Snowflake eels are not piscivores by nature, that is they are not fish eaters. They also don't normally prey on shrimps, snails or certain crabs, like hermits. Soft shell crabs like emeralds, sallys, porcelains, and the like are at risk however. Kept well fed, the eel should not pose much risk to your fish. Not to say an eel couldn't go after a fish, but with SF's, it's more apt to happen when the eel is trying to grab some food and a fish is too close. The eels have very poor eyesight, so often grab at things in the immediate vicinity. I've kept a large SFE with chromis, juvenile clowns, etc, w/o problem.
