I went to the Rally

Wow anybody who thinks the Democrats are not driven are going to be sadly mistaken. I Went to the Presidents speech today in Madison. The people were out. We got there at 2:30(doors open at 3:30) got in a line that was a mile and a half long already. There were so many people. We made it about 12 blocks away from Library Mall. When we were told that the mall was full and so was the overflow area. It does suck that we did not get to hear him speak, but a great sign to see all the people out to show support. I really think that this years elections are going to go a lot differently than a lot of you guys think. At least I hope so.

LOL, and how many in the crowd were bused in by the unions?
I hope to God the Republicans can at least take the house. The Republic can't handle another 2 years of what is going on now.

Probably about the same amount bused in by the Tea Party, but probably less than the amount of people Huffington is going to bus into Stewart's rally.

So you actually think this current congress is doing a good job huh? Ok then.

Probably were a lot of people at the rally, with unemployment what it is, a lot of people with a lot of time on their hands.

Well I can agree with the OP. The Democrats are going to be fired up and driving illegals to the polls en masse this year. They've never let anything as unimportant as citizenship stop a loyal yellow dog from voting before, why stop now?

Don't tell me. Half the attendees wore black barets and black jackets with the words Black Panthers written on the back...

There were a lot of college age people but there were a lot of over forty too. They were billing it as a speech to college students, but it was open to the general public. I think that is why they had it in a small venue like library mall. There were enough people turned away they could have filled the Kohl center. And no I did not see one black panther coat.... it was way more white people than any other race, makes since since Madison's minority population is low. And no I did not see buses dropping people off.
