First a little background: I've worked at the same hotel for 4 years now; pretty much since it opened. I like it because I can study for my classes during the downtime. I do my job well.
Ok, here is what happened one night. I sold a jacuzzi room to these two women for $90. The entire time I was checking them in they were acting silly and messing with me. I expect that, you meet all kinds of people in a job like this.
So, they are chiding me about not having any ID before giving it to me, saying they didn't have enough cash before actually paying me, yadda yadda. Well, while they were being checked in they rang the front desk bell about 5 times, which sounds right outside my boss's apartment door in back.
After I check these two in and they leave the office to go to the room, my boss comes out with rage in her eyes and chases them down. I try to stop her and I say "Just give it 5 mins, you won't be as angry and it will be all good." She shrugs me off, catches up to them and I hear her yell "Get back into the office, I don't want you staying here."
She tells me to refund their money and for them to leave. As I am refunding their money, the irritating women ring the bell again just to get under my boss' skin. She comes charging out again (my boss) and dials 911. I am like "WTF, let me just give them their money back and get rid of them."
So she calls the cops. While they are on their way, my boss is arguing with the two women. I don't say anything because personally I couldn't care less, I make crap for pay and I'm not some sort of peacekeeper for situations that my boss blows out of proportion. So my boss starts yelling at me asking "why am I on their side? I'm a worthless employee if I can't handle the customers" (which I was handling before she went insane), and berating me and the two women on all levels.
Annnnnyways. I walked out of work an hour early because of the madness. I still have my job
Now today, the

I work with (my cooworker, not my boss) is acting crazy. She tells my boss all sorts of lies. She tell my boss that I told my cooworker that she wasn't allowed to use the internet, and that I was complaining about her dress code (once again, completely did NOT happen...she is coocoo).
OMFG I just had to rant somewhere. How can people be so DAMN CRAZY?!!
