I decided to do my regular Saturday water change a day early because I have plans for tomorrow. That means I needed to go pick up 20G of sea water from my LFS.
I have been on the fence about getting a BTA. I really wanted one, but wasn't sure if I wanted to risk the potential destruction of corals by a wondering Anemone. Tonight I finally broke down and picked up a little bubble tip.
I've also been working towards a mandarin. Half of my rock came from a very established tank and I have a fuge full of pods. Some times at night, if I look closely at my rocks it looks almost like an ant hill. So I picked up this little guy as well.
The real surprise for me tonight was the true impulse buy that I made. I picked up a Midas Blenny. So far he is my favorite of the three purchases that I made tonight. I love the way he completely changes coloring depending on what he is doing. He goes all camouflage when he's trying to hide. He's bright yellow, blue and white when he's just cruising around. So much personality...just a really cool fish.
and here's a little RG action for Joe
